I guess as nobodies mentioned it its not being shown on the tv in the UK

Undoubtedly the worst refereeing decision I have ever seen.

One of the worst fouls in a while. High and quite possibly deliberate. Could have easily broken his leg. then an absolute disgrace of a protest. deserved a red card for the foul or the protest. I hope the FA look at this one

    From Beeb .....

2046: Ashley Cole should be off. Sorry. But that is a fact. He piles in on Alan Hutton, catching him half-way up his shin. Unbelievable. What is worse is that he's complaining about getting a yellow card. </p>

    RE: From Beeb .....

There was an unsavoury scene on the stroke of half-time when Ashley Cole floored Spurs defender Alan Hutton near the touchline with a tackle that was both high and late - and worthy of a red card in the current disciplinary climate.

Chelsea's players - led with an air of inevitability by England captain John Terry under the watchful eye of coach Fabio Capello - rushed and surrounded referee Mike Riley in a chaotic scene that did them no credit.

When the crowd of Chelsea players finally dispersed, Riley showed leniency in producing only a yellow card - and even then Cole stood pointedly with his back to the official before receiving his punishment.

cant agree more. its there for all to see. question is, will the fa view the evidence and give him a ban????? well its chelsea fc we are talking about so probably not. his tantrum and turning his back on the ref deserves a ban. what a complete tool. does he think he is above the game. what kind of example is that to set to kids. i hope cheryl sleeps with the crew of hms sheffield. :D
