Out of contract at the end of the season, who would have him back? I think he would fit our style of play really well. 25 years old just about fits into our criteria
Any recruitment depends upon what division we are in but sometimes a player suits a club, for example Adam Hammill & I think Fletcher might just follow suit , he found great form with us which ultimately helped get a big money move to West Ham, however things did not work out well & I think his confidence took a hit which has affected him since but he still has time to turn things round & I would love us to take a punt on him
Like already said if wages weren't a issue. If we were to go up, I'd like us to go for adam Armstrong or ivan toney if were bringing back ex players.
Definitely worth signing on a free I'd say! Hasn't quite lived up to his potential since his spell with us. As for wages, do you think bigger clubs with more money would be trying to sign him up?
Only two of those likely to be here next season.......as much as I'm hoping Dike to stay. Not sure about wages being an issue. Hasn't really done it at Middlesbrough, next move is almost certainly taking a pay cut, especially in the current climate. Correct about the prem though, if we do make it I would be happy to stick with Dazza.
I'd be surprised if wages were an issue. I'm assuming he'll be facing a fair old pay cut on his next contract, given how he's fared
Done little since his stint with us. Only played 13 games this season for 3 goals. We have better already at the club.
I never really understood the hype of him when he was here. He doesn't seem to have kicked on much since. Boro fans don't seem overly impressed with him, and their board don't appear to be keen on renewing his contract, hence the reason him and Assombalonga can't get game time despite the injuries they have. Not someone I'd have on my radar, regardless of the division we're in next year.
