    Must be a bad un 35 firefighters tackling it. Wonder if it was the room that stocked the England World Cup shirts??

    Ten fire engines and more than 60 firefighters are currently tackling a large warehouse fire near Grimethorpe, Barnsley.
    Firefighters were called to a blaze at the multi-storey Asos warehouse shortly before 10pm on Friday (20 June).

    Fire crews are fighting the fire using hose reels and water jets. Multiple teams of firefighters wearing breathing apparatus have been deployed to help tackle the fire, which is thought to have broken out on the second floor of the five storey building, before spreading to the third and fourth floors.

    Three of the fire engines tackling the fire are from West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue.

    The warehouse is on an industrial estate, away from residential properties. Park Spring Road, close to the scene of the fire, is currently closed.

    Sounds like a bad 1 then even more jobs going to unfortunately be lost till it's rebuilt

    In all seriousness, seems strange for a fire to get out of control in a modern building these days, especially in one that you wouldn't expect dealt in a particularly flammable industry.

    Could have been deliberate - they have a lot of agency staff, maybe someone was told it was their last shift and they didn't take too kindly to it.
