So far I’ve bought x4 tickets on 3 transactions and x3 tickets on one transaction out of the four season tickets assigned to me three have bought four tickets and one has bought 3. I’m now trying to get my last lot of tickets (5) and theoretically should have 9 tickets still available to me but it’s now saying I’ve used me allocation up on two on my memberships. Tried loads of different ways but can’t buy anymore. Anyone else had this issue?
Why didn't you claim 6 on some transactions ? 4×6 =24 You wanted 20 it appears. Have you tried topping up to 6 on the 3 tickets and 1 of the 4 tickets accounts You will not be able to buy 5 on any single account. As it would give you 9 or 8. Hope that makes sense.
Because they are 3 families of 4 and didn’t want to run the risk of having a family split due to buying 6 then 6 again which wouldn’t be next to each other. The other 3 were a mate at work who needed help with some. I can buy 2 more on my account now and can change the name to any of the 4 members on the account, soon as I add a third or kicks me out so if I get the 2 I’m still 7 short of my season ticket allowance. It can’t go on 4 transactions for 4 members as it’ll let me buy another two which would make it 5 transactions so ones well and truly stumped.
