Assistance required, please

I'm trying to take a picture on my phone, of a JPeg, but whenever I take the picture there's big black lines through it.

How do I rectify this?

And, is there a website where I can send the pic to my phone for free?

If youre taking the pic on youre phone, why do you need to send it to your fone?:S

 

I'm taking the pic on my phone from the computer, right?

If I can't get a decent copy, then I'll need to send it to my phone from a website!

 

why dont you print it and then take the pic

 

it's the same when you try to take photos from the screen.
There is alogical reason as to why you cannot photo/film without getting the lines you mentioned.
It's somethi8ng to do with the lines.
There are ways to combat this, Jax and Tattersall Tyke are the ones to ask as they know the answeres to alt IT probs.

this is kind of starnge but do you have

a flash on your phone, its maybe the brightness of the screen that does it, try turning the brightness down and then taking the pic

I took a pic off a screen ages ago and it worked fine...but now it doesn't.

Even if I take it with the webcam, how do I then transfer it on to my phone?
