Anyone got a list of the assists for our players this year or know where the information might be? Cheers in advance

Shows there's more to our striker's game than just putting the ball in the back of the net. Hayes especially has done really well this year and he set up the first one last night as well.

    Hayes and Shuker

responsible for almost half the total assists.
Hmmm and some would have us believe that shuker runs about a lot and doesnt contribute much and Hays is a bit lazy and doesnt contribute much.
Interestingly they are also the top 2 scorers

And some people are hoping we get rid of Shuker in this transfer window (banghead)

I've been watching us for 28 years and we always seem to have a player that gets stick and its usually a good one. Agnew , Eaden and the God that is Redfearn all received their fair amount of abuse.

    Unfortunately true

Remember the stick that Banger Banks got in his first stint with us having come up through the youth system.(fair do's when he came back).

Is it just a Barnsley trait or are all clubs the same?

how people can believe we should let shuker go i cant get my head round. If in the summer we were to get someone better in. But people were talking of getting shut to fund windass deal, utter tripe,

Interesting question. I've watched Everton quite a lot during the time I've been here and i can't say I've noticed them doing the same. To be honest the players that the evertonians don't like are treated as joke players rather that figures of hate.

Stuart Barlow was the classic one - his nickname was jigsaw because he used to fall apart in the box. Richard Wrong, instead of Wright, is the one doing the rounds at the moment

No I never noticed it when I watched Liverpool in the early '80's

Not that there were any joke players in that side mindyou. If I've time I might post the question on a couple of other bullitin boards and see what response I get- though obviously wont mention who I support
