    The guy is using something that belongs to someone else to benefit himself (his business). A tattoo is completely different.

    Its a total nonsense and we all know it. So does the Mount now remove its Toby Tyke stained glass window, I would like to think that GS has more common than that.All the tossers that are the Board at Swillsboro are doing is alienating the fans with all this nonsense

    it makes no sense at all if

    someone was using the badge to take potential earnings away from the club then i would understand, e.g knock off shirts or something. But i dont see how it harms the club in any way whatsoever.

    I think Weds are being petty but......

    ..I suspect it's the fact that he (or the signwriter)has illegallyreproduced their logo that is the problem. If he'd bought a banner from an official source and displayed that ouside his snooker hall there wouldn't be a problem.</p>

    Still think the club is acting in a heavy handed manner.</p>
