is the spin i put on it, to try and convince my 8 year old that it's worth going again !

when all his schoolmates support Man U and Chelsea, its hard to convince him to go and watch Barnsley. I'd been buildig the match up all week telling him i thought we'd get a draw. Even at 2-1 I felt we could get a goal. But once they got the 3rd it got embarassing. For a good part of 1st half i thought we were the better team, but in the end they were far too strong. I thought the referee was dire, and the Coventry were a dirty side, but we shouldn't have fell to pieces like we did. Even though Devaney had a bad game, I think we were more successful when trying to play th ball rather than just hoofing it up to Ferenczi - his success at laying it off must have been less than 10%. Having said that, perhaps playing odejayi from the start and hoofing it may have been more successful - but terrible to watch.
