I think I was about 8 year old and all I can remember is that Mick Channon was playing for the opposition.

I think I was 7. Can't remember many details but I'm sure we lost and I remember thinking that we played Crystal Palace every week.

Started going regularly towards the end of 1986 and used to sit on the crash barrier - I would be sent flying sometimes when we scored!

Am not sure, but was about 5ish. My dad used to pay in, and I would walk through the turnstile with him. I used to be able to run under the crush barriers. I can still remember as I started to get too tall, and tw@ted my head on em. I didnt learn though and did it loads of times.

    I was 5

Port Vale 1968, I think it was 3-1 (long time ago), started going with big brother during the electricity cuts in 74 (Chester 1-1, sunday match), that's when it started in earnest, dad had taken us a few times but had also taken us to Hillsborough a few times as well. Once we started going alone there was no looking back!

It was cold and miserable and there was about 2,000 people there!

**** me... what was my Dad thinking of? We always stood on the Terrace South right up to the wall so we could see the players come out. In those days you coudl pat them on the back! However, they soon added some railings and that decked that up.

    The bovril was nice though.

About 8 I think, not sure, my Dad can't be sure when my first game was! Think it was Shrewsbury away in about 1990 though as we lived there at the time.

    Can't remember

I knew I used to go to games with my dad and i use to sit on his shoulders in old ponty end when I was 4 or 5.

The first game I remember seeing was a 4th round replay in Feb 1994 against plymouth argyle...won 1-0...Brendan O'Connell. I would have been 9 then.
