Because so far, I've seen LJ, PC and BM take loads of hammer.

Don't get me wrong, I think all of the above are also accountable, BUT, if/ when LJ gets sacked, I am going to be pig sick to see players all of a sudden step up to the plate, just because they have someone new to work for.

The players are in desperate need of guidance which should come from the manager.

At the moment the only guidance they are getting is the art of how to get to League 2

As Mr T-Dog states "buck stops with the manager"

Imagine been a player, different player alongside you every week, different formation. I'd imagine a new manager would come in, pick a settled side & players would look better

Individually most of our players would walk into a top 6 side in this league but, they can't seem to play together & seem to play like strangers
For me,that's down to what goes on on the training pitches or rather the lack of what goes on evidently
