RE: He has gone to another championship club, i think it it Stoke, not sure. nt On the bench for Stoke today.
Agreed.
Colgan
Austin Hassell Reid Heckingbottom
R.Jones Togwell Howard K.Reid
Peter Steve

Kay every time for these reasons copied from my earlier post: Kay is by a long way the best centre half we have, he has been at the club longer than anyone in the current setup and that should earn him respect and the armband. When Kay is on his game, which he has not been in the last few games but any player has a bad spell, he orders people about way more than Paul Reid ever does, and when PR does he just flaps his arms after something has gone wrong having done little to prevent it. Kay is a credit to us and our academy, and should be treated as such.
I personally think that Hassell and Kay are the best partnership at the centre of defence, but that does leave a gap at right back. I would like to see the stats for the various combinations of CBs we have tried this season.
It depends. Kay was utterley s*ite for the two previous games so in my opinion deserved to be dropped. That's what competition for places is all about. If Kay doesn't like it I suggest he pulls his f**king finger out and work harder to get back in the team. Nobody should have a devine right to be in the side?
Agreed, Rob Atkinson played well on Saturday. I like Kay, think he has been our most improved defender this season but his performances at Luton, QPR and Cardiff were not his best!
Quite right. I thought collectively, except perhaps for the two Hungars (and the one who started looked worse) we were a pretty poor and badly orgainised bunch. Atkinson seemed at sixes and sevens, as did the rest of the defence.
It was a fcking shambles. End of.
Is Mattis better than Tonge ?
Is Eckerthing better than Heckingbottom ?
We want to to talk about lack of money - we're currently wasting it on players no better than the ones they've replaced.
