Attachments question/ help

    Is 23,000Kb too big to send as an attachment? Broadband playing up & refuses to send it.... if so how can I condense document? (it's Powerpoint photos & text)

    Right click on the file and selcect the zip option

    If that doesnt work use yousendit

    Most email servers wont send or receive attachments larger than 10Meg (10000K) Yousendit is a website where you send the file to and tell it who you want to receive the file - they then get an email from yousendit telling them where to download from

    they then download directly from the yousendit website

    the other alternative if you both have MSN or Skype is to do a direct file transfer - go to File menu then send file
