Gally, are you in contact with the club, on a regular basis. My request is a very simple one. Could you ask if it is perhaps possible to have a section on the mainsite updating the status of our injury list. Its not a big ask and think a lot would be interested in that progress. It may also have the benefit of calming some nerves knowing key players are on the verge of return.I do not think it detracts from tactics from an opponents point of view either. Thankyou in advance
Doubt they'd ever do that. Managers like to keep other clubs guessing as to the possible team selection. Mind Games
I don't think we should be giving that sort of detail out about the squad to anybody, as said above for tactical/mind games reasons. The fans knowing whether somebody is fit or not on a Wednesday before a game makes no difference whatsoever to the starting line up on the Saturday. Can't you just wait until the day of the game?
Re: fair point, but I have seen it on other teams websites They used to have a 'Treatment Room' section on the OS many years ago, but as expressed above, I don't think that kind of information is forthcoming these days as Managers are much more zealous in protecting information of that nature from the opposition. I'm longing to know how all the injured players are progressing but if that info helps the opposition I'd rather be patient and wait.
Re: fair point, but I have seen it on other teams websites Most will be back for Portsmouth match Tina from what i remember when he said how long they would be out at the time. Not sure about, RNL Lovre Potter though. Perkins unlikely.
