No contracts offered doesn't mean that those who are going to be offered don't already know. I believe that Howard is to get one for 3 years, so how do I know that I wonder?

McPhail said on the radio that several players had already had preliminary talks with the chairman and he wanted to stop.Maybe hes told them that theres two wage brackets depending what league we are in next season.
