mates of mine emigrating to Oz shortly.

they need to know if there is a hotmail type account that stays open indefinitely / long term, even if it is not used for a while.

any help appreciated.

ps they have just come round for a beer and I guaranteed that the BBS would come with an answer within fifteen minutes - trot on, and don't let me down!

I'm not entirely sure, but I think the only hotmail account that would stay open indefinitely would be the one that you pay for. Hang fire and I will have a gander for you.

Just got it before I booted them out....they are delighted with you and send their thanks. They didn't know about that service, being Huddersfax inbreds.

Not really, nice couple, although I will have to suffer daily emails about how nice Perth is etc.
