does anyone know the average age of our first 11? i think ritchies doin a good job with loads of players who lets face it weren't really known before he signed 'em. Not many folk on here would of picked 'em as good buys. he's got a good eye for a player i think. who else thinks this team is playing way above itself due to good management and coaching?
