AVG virus detection users-help neede

    has anyone come across this message-I can't heal it or move to vault and there is no info available-the attachment is just a word document

    Mate at work has got that one, He runs Macafee as well through AOL and it don't come up on that one?

    and if I do a full scan it doesn't find anything-it just pops up at regular intervals-housecall didn't find anything either

    EDIT - sorry just opened that.  I thought it was the word doc that caused the problem - it is not.
    No wonder my AVG gave it the all clear!

    how do you mean?

    the attachment is a print of the screenshot-i don't know what it means-the virus wasn't in the attachment itself

    Sorry, yeah that is what I meant

    I downloaded "virus.doc" and virus scanned it - it came up all clear, so I posted back saying "My AVG doesn't find anything".

    Then the nosey in me decided to open it.  At this point I realised the attached file was not the problem one!  So I edited my post.

    And when you search for "@CoreException" in Google, it appears no-one else in an English speaking country has any idea either!
