    Avoid M1 - Closed both directions J37 - J38

    Man threatening to jump off bridge at Higham Common Road.

    Traffic Cam looking Southbound. With northbound cars leaving on slip road and southbound closed.

    The motorway is closed between junctions 36 and 39 Northbound, and southbound between Junctions 38 and 36. Higham Common Road, Higham Lane and Hermit Lane are also closed.
