a cereal available in the 80's possibly early 90's.

they were small, golden, crispy, hollow sack/pillow shaped things and very tasty

Talking of food from your childhood, can anyone remember

    Chocolate Saucy Sponge??

The gimmick was that you made the sponge layer first and put that at the bottom of the baking dish.
You'd then make the sauce and put that over the top. No fancy cooking - just packet mix stuff.

Whack in the oven for 20 mins, and as if by magic, you'd be greeted with a hot, chocolate sponge (a bit crunchy) with a smooth chocolate sauce underneath. Absolutely fantastic.
