Alan joined Rovers from Southampton during Dave Penney's time at the club last season. Alan signed for Rovers in a £50,000 move from Southampton in time to make his first team debut against Port Vale in the FA Cup in January 2006 </div>
Apart from the fact we have Lucas now If he's leaving due to "personal reasons", what makes you think that the same reasons wouldn't preclude him from moving to a club just a few miles away?
