I was the same mate Last Saturday really made me question SD, but after tonight I just think he has to go.
I'm going on Saturday and I'm absolutely dreading it. Really cannot see us getting anything. I'd be amazed with a point in all honesty

It's looking increasingly likely that saturdays match against Donny could spell the end for Davey if the result isn't right....very worrying times for the reds.
When you start to think a point at home against a bang out of form Donny side would be unexpected then that proves things are getting desperate eh mate. I have been more than willing to give Davey the benefit of the doubt but i'm almost at the end of my tether. Things cannot go on like this. I think we have a squad more than capable of being mid-table in this league, but confidence has completely gone. I would hate for us to miss out on Davies.
Not saying the principle's necessarily wrong, but how can losing away to Ipswich change your mind? This wpuld have been a tough game we were unlikely to win. I could understand losing at home to Donny but away at Ipswich??
RE: Not saying the principle's necessarily wrong, but how can losing away to Ipswich change your min I think you have just answered that yourself we didn't expect to get anything, how long can we keep expecting nothing ?
Regardless of manager we are punching above our weight being at this level and anything tonight would have been a bonus
I didn't say I want shut of him mate, and definitely not because I expected us to get anything tonight, but it's cumulative more than anything. I didn't expect a 3-0 tonking tbh, although I never expected Muller to make 1 ****-up, nevermind 2. I would still be willing to give him more time because we don't seem to be playing SO badly tbh, but I would really think missing out on Billy Davies would be criminal - that is of course if he's the replacement of choice.
RE: Not saying the principle's necessarily wrong, but how can losing away to Ipswich change your min I think it's the nature of defeat. The fact is, under Davey, when we concede a goal it becomes blatantly obvious that we won't get anything from it.
We really caved in tonight, conceding 3 goals to a team who really weren't pulling up any trees.
Furthermore, Hassell on for De Silva...wtf?! Unbelievable decision

Ark, it's not just Ipswich - it's the defeats, defeats, defeats this season and much of last I wish the guy could turn it round but he can't. The evidence is all there in his past record.
I don't buy the argument of punching above our weight now. First season after promotion, yes. Second season at a push. But 3rd season we should be established in this league now. Not only that but I think with the players we have we should definitely be much more competitive than we are currently.
