Our defence was shambolic at times today, but going forwards we always looked dangerous. Not sure Perkins had enough help in midfield today - Tunnicliffe did well for his goal (more in the build up than the finish) but Im not sure he offered much else, he could be a bit rusty though I guess.
Obrien didnt contribute much -maybe replace him with Cwyka or Etuhu next game. Cwyka looked more dangerous than the rest of the midfield, even before his goal, so maybe deserves a start.

Is it time for Scotland to start a game now? Hes got to be fit by now and he just always looks very dangerous - in for Marlon?

Anyway, weve got a big break now so lets bounce back vs Bolton!

Just had the Harewood vs Scotland discussion with my brother. While Marlon's hold up play is pretty good, Scotland looks a real predator - always see him getting goals. I'd make the change and start with Scotland now.

Yeah exactly. I like Harewood a lot but I just think Scotland offers a lot more - can't be sentimental about it

I agree, I really like Marlon but when Scotland came on he looked a real handfull. His goals to chances ratio is terrific. Deserves to start.

Our defence was indeed shambolic today and Bristol could easily have had 10.
But our spirit was always there and it always seemed possible that we could back into it. Even when their 5th went in.
That the guts and hard work you always want to see in a Barnsley team.
We all knew the run had to come to and end. But the fight demonstrated suggests it will not be the start of a down turn in form.
I enjoyed listening to the fans comments on radio Bristol. Both sets of fans said the score flattered the other team.
And strangle, both had a point.
