    checked my credit card statement last week n i was £4 in credit ive checked today and they've took £10 out of my account as a d/d (i had it set up as minimum payment) so now im £14 in credit, ive phoned credit card department up today to transfer my money back they said if they transfer the money back, they will charge me!!!!!!!!!!!! only thing they can do is send me i cheque which they say will take a couple of weeks . fecking robbing basteds if i owed them money theyd want it straight away the cheeky *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    spend &pound;14 on your credit card that you would otherwise have spent from your bank account.</p>

    And cancel your direct debit so it doesn't happen again.

    done the 2nd one just thought it was ***** they can take money from me but they cant refund it without charging or sending a shitty cheque

    ive had minimum payment taken out for past 12 months ive done a balance transfer on 24th feb which put me £4 in credit then they take a d/d on 20th march which makes me £14 in credit. i had the d/d set up to make sure all min payments were met WHILE i had a balance not when im in credit which they knew about for nearly a month

    when you say £14 in credit

    do you mean in debt? ie your account had -14 in it?

    no pal i had about £406 on my c/c i did the transfer but other credit card company did it for £410 which left my old credit card owing me £4 then my old credit card company takes another £10 out of my account which has left them owing me £14
