Looks like Tilson has taken a leaf out of the Warnock book of 'How To Intimidate Match Officials' Running across the full length of the field at half time to go face to face with the referee was an absolute disgrace However, it did the trick, it worked for them The referee was frightened to death and the consequence was we got 2 very poor decisions in the second half 1) The offside goal 2) The penalty disallowed In an earlier thread SuperTyke says - why don't we complain to the FA. The referee needs to explain why he failed to take any action despite the need for police intervention. I took your advice SuperTyke and have emailed the FA about Tilson. I.E. FA website.......Contact us........Match officials If they receive more complaints they may look into it So why not send them an email
where abouts on the site do ya make a complaint??? or should i say which email address do i sent my complaint to?

Complain to Football League - they are in charge of referees.. I have just sent this email to the Football League. For the attention of the official in charge of referees appointments please. Barnsley v Southend Utd. Div 1st. Oakwell. 17th April, 2006. I wonder if the following related incident has been included in the referee's report, please, and if not, why not. As the referee blew his whistle to signal halftime, he was at the far side of the field away from the changing rooms - as he was flanked by his assistants to walk off the field, he was approached by the Southend Manager, who had run 50 yards across the field to acost the referee. The Southend Manager proceeded to act in an inflamatory manner, pointing his finger in the face of the referee, and making many comments in an intimidatory manner. This continued until two policemen came across the field, and escorted the manager away. The referee appeared to take no action against the Southend Manager. Surely this is dissent at its worse, particularly from the manager of a Football League club and needs strong action taking. Suffice to say that the managers actions appeared to have its effect on the referee, as his decisions, in the second half of the match, to say the least, certainly favoured Southend. Yours faithfully,
you have written referee style reports before haven't you.. using those words/stlye, is what they should include... are you a referee by any chance? ps, well done on the email
RE: Sure it was Tilson btw! SUFC fans reckon it wasnt It wasnt Tilson because tilson has hair and no glasses where as the guy running on the pitch had glasses and very little hair if any
He was a bald headed ******* that needs a good slap......in saying that He got his players going And he also got the Southend fans up and singing It would be nice if we had someone with as much spirit in the Ritchie camp But whoever this Southend guy was........he changed the game without even kicking a ball So as far as I am concerned Southend need to be fined
