    What an inspiration he is for young lads from Barnsley to show what can be achieved. Cant believe he's 29, doesn't seem like 2 minutes ago since he was scoring for us at Rochdale.

    I've been jokingly calling Kitching our Beckenbauer all season long. Genuinely impressed with him this season, reined in his temper and become much more comfortable on the ball. If he could just resist the temptation to go for the 'Hollywood ball' so often...

    Never forget the first time I saw him play, he was playing right back at Oakwell. I said to my 2 lads "he'll play for England", they thought I was joking.
