    .........should buy this piece of ***** that portrays Barnsley as the bad news capital of the western world
    The Chronicle is helping to keep the chav culture going in Barnsley

    But we all buy it because there's no altenative newspaper

    I'll tell thi whats poor about the Chronicle...........

    Any bad news..........HUGE HEADLINES.......HUGE ARTICLE
    Any good news.......small article, tucked away in a corner

    This needs to be reversed !!!

    I took the Chronicle to Northampton and compared it to their local paper.......loads of bad news down there, but they didn't dwell on it like the Chronicle does

    The editors should look at themselves and rethink what they are doing. At the moment they are doing a dis-service to the people of Barnsley

    They are reporting what's happening, and comparing it to any other weekly local paper I've seen they are head and shoulders above any.

    Your comment about other papers not dwelling on the bad stuff....then they can be accused of trying to cover up whats going on in their towns.

    That's on the rug in the lounge with one hand pushing the dog away to stop it from laying on the paper. For some reason all animals are attracted to newspapers when you're trying to read em.
