Cracking run ashore, spends a few months on Singapore abd I’ve a few mates out there now as part of the naval Party in sambewang.

There’s been a few in over the last 18 months, we are trying to project into the Far East a little more rather than the gulf. There’s a couple of dozen sailors stationed there full time to manage the jetty which we still own/lease and the engineering / logistics requirements required around that

 

Cruising through the South China Sea? , I did see that the UK sent a boat close to one of the Islands built by the Chinese.

The British naval folks must keep themselves to themselves as you certainly know when the US have a ship docked, many big lads roaming around the drinking holes
