While the three stooges look on and the manager loses the plot and blames anyone but himself or the players. It's hard not to be negative Keith when you are faced with another season of toil at the bottom of the league and the manager is more interested in being on shortlists for other jobs than facing up to whats wrong at his present club. Mr Cryne if the take over is a serious option and they have the best interests of the club at heart then for gods sake get it done quickly but if your not interested in selling to them tell the truth move on and let the manager get some one in on loan and sort out the contract offers to our better players before they do what others have done before and **** off at the first offer.
Would relegation kill the club? Why are many people so melodramatic after a run of defeats? I'm concerned we might go down, but if we do it won't mean the end of the club. Where's the evidence that the club is dying on its arse? It's just not true.
Look at the attendance figures look at the results look at the chairman who as lost interest in the club look at the other two muppets on the so called board look at the Manager desperately casting around for another job offer look at all our better players not being offered new deals despite whats happened to these types of players before and then tell me it's not dying on it's arse. Also it's quite possible relegation could lead to admin and I don't think there's another Patrick Cryne out there waiting to step in.
I agree that things look very grim for this season and I honestly don't see us avoiding relegation this time. I don't see how League 1 will put us into admin though? Most of the squad who might be on anything like decent money are out of contract next summer anyway. We'll just cut our cloth accordingly (again). We'd be looking at 5k attendances though and I wouldn't back us to get back up in the forseeable future. Worrying times.
We will lose at least four million in income if we go down so we won't be able to even afford the players we have now and given how the club is run we won't do anything to replace any of it.
I've looked and it's not dying on its arse. Attendances are down across the board, this is not just a BFC problem. The results are not good, this happens. How do you know who has been offered what? Relegation would not lead to admin, as we've cut our cloth accordingly.
To be honest if we were to go down and have a good season in league one it would probably improve our crowds
I can't see us having a good season as we would have to start again even with the players we have now
