Just started up as a poster on here and wondered if any of you would like to take a look at my blog. I'm an aspiring sports journalist so feedback would be welcome. I'm open to criticism, of course, just don't be too harsh, eh? ;)

Same here mate. The design/layout reminds me of 18/30 style/kids mags type literature where there is a lot going on in the background. I found this awkward to read and as a consequence I didn't. If thats your market then it may attract, if not then I would think again. Might sound negative, but hopefully constructive.

I'm 40 and wear glasses, I thought the layout was ok, maybe the font could be a little bigger though.

I found it a really good read Liam and to be honest I didn't mind the layout, I've saved it to my home screen on my phone so I cam view it on a regular basis, well done mate and good luck with your future

Well I can now read it after your modification Liam and a good read it is if not a bit long. You also appear to have gone from one extreme to the other re the design. Hope this helps and doesn't put you off>

Obviously it's nice if the reader likes the layout and structure, but what's important is the content. If it's readable and the person viewing it can read it clearly then that's okay for me. I shall fiddle around with it more later on, but as I say, it's easy to read atm so there's no real problem in that department.
