Having recently visited the experience Barnsley museum at the town hall, I was rather impressed with the bfc bit, it was only small though. If we had our own museum what bfc stuff would u like to see in it?
We would have to get a big building to fit that in. Especially if we got Keith Hill's ego in there as well.
I've been asked ti get involved with the new BFC community project. We're meetingina few weeks. Watch this space.
Photographic evidence that Richard Kell, Andy Johnson, Mido and Phil Gridelet, all played for us. Because I still don't believe they did. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
They had a museum group a few years ago, something to do with the supporters club l think. Club wasn't interested, maybe they are now Patrick's more involved, he loves his BFC history.
I was contacted by a lady from the town hall yesterday about the Barnsley fc display inside it, she asked me what I'd like to c on display in the museum. I told her I like seeing old shirts and retro stuff. Wonder if it's gonna clash with what's put in the East stand
im guessing youare thinking of putting a museum somewhere, is it temporary or permanent also would be nice to have a section just for the premier league season
Re: What about I would give this my fullest support - I have Anthony Kay's signed shirt from 2003/4 when he was Player of the Year. Very happy to display it in a Museum. There is probably loads of stuff in my Dad's loft - he started supporting them in 1934.
