Barnsley FC to adopt new name for 2013-14 season

    In recognition of the views of fans of the Championship's 'big' teams when we beat them (you know, the massive clubs from places like Brighton, Millwall, Watford and Wolves, who, let's face it, shouldn't even have to play Barnsley and should simply be awarded the three points for being so much better than us, having better fans and being, well, more southern than us) Barnsley are going to take the new name given to us on their message boards post defeat. From August 2013 Barnsley will now be known as Thelikesof Barnsley FC. It will make things easier for our far more superior opposing fans when discussing their likely victory against us pre-match and when reflecting on their defeat to us post-match.
