    well she said, a friend of a friend,knows Don Leeson .he lives in Grimsby
    SO,looked him up.and ive been chatting to him for a half hour on the Phone,he is coming to see me,

    I remember Don very well Bob, he was in goal when I first started watching the Reds in 1961.</p>

    Left about a year later and joined Grimsby Police.</p>

    According to Official History he'll be 72 now - so hopefully a bit of company for you.

    Played in Barnsley from season 1956-57 to season 1960-61. He came from the club Askern Main Colliery, From 1956 to 58 he was second choice in goal after Harry Hough. He did 97 League matches, 10 FA-Cup matches and 2 League Cup-Matches while he was at the club. He will be 72 years old on August 25th :)
