    I think all the sides playing in European competitions are still excluded

    But everyone else from the prem goes in the hat.

    I am fairly sure its national from next round onwards

    I thought everyone left joined in round 3

    cant find the official rules but a couple of bookies sites say prem sides join in round 2 except europa and champs league who come in in round 3

    Last year they didnt, might be wrong but eufa teams played earlier in cup than champions league last year eufa cup was knock out early on where champions league was league, this year europa league same as champions league once they have preliminaries. think so anyway lol

    Still does anyone no what seed we will be. E.g when barnsley beat darlo they became a second seed and then got newcastle
