Barnsley Player - techy type help required

    I am considering purchasing Barnsley Player so I have just been on BFC site and checked out the test video. It seems very jumpy as though the picture is trying to break up. Is it normally like this , or do I need to make adjustments to the settings on my lap top. TIA.
