Barnsley Solicitors next up for Miners fiddle

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; line-height: 16px">Hard on the heels of Britain&rsquo;s richest lawyer,Jim Beresford, and his partner,Douglas Smith, being struck off last month after being found guilty of creaming millions of pounds from compensation paid tosick miners, the next law firm to come before theSolicitors Disciplinary Tribunalis up for a hearing. On Monday six solicitors fromRaleys, ofBarnsley,are accused of breaches of the professional rules, including obtaining loans of &pound;4 million from their client the National Union of Mineworkers and in other ways acting against the best interests of clients pursuing miners&rsquo; claims.</span>

 

If proven will they have to repay the 4 million to claimants ??? (doh) (doh)

will she be able to claim more?

 

my grandad tried years to get some compo through N.U.M and got nothing .i told him to contact raleys and they sorted everything for him

Surely the NUM will be loaning money to Raleys to get the best possible outcome for thier NUM members
