Very funny telling people not to turn up to training the day before a game. This must be to stop people from other clubs seeing are numerous formations /poo :'(

 

Great Rule

I don't see the point in people making public knowledge formations etc we use on the training field.

 

It won't make much difference

We'll get fecked every week anyway
