Now I have settled down after losing our young protege, and slating the upper management, I have changed my cap and put the thinking one on. Firstly good luck to the lad, he could have been seriously injured in next few weeks and never made it after all the hard work, he will relish the new challenge. If we then look at Barnsley, we are getting better not worse in the transfer market. With Flicker now showing he is his own man he has plumped for quality to the side not lower division players. His choice of Scotland, Delap, and a player he knows O Grady is good management. Perhaps Jones did not know how to press the buttons with him at Wendy's. if he has played a lot with Daggers then who knows.
We have got some of the non players out, so their wages are not on our books. We do not know whether we are going to survive, although I think we will, so the new signings are to the end of the season, not on books afterwards. Wages not a problem. We have now stabilised our Capital and only need to increase the gate to keep it that way.
Just need to sort Stones position out, Dawson back soon. The team is playing far above the position the league shows. Next six games will show what we are about.
Hence has the Don and Patrick along with Flicker done well. Personally I now accept they have
Ps does anyone know if more Blackpool tickets have been allocated.
