We listen to talk on here of how the existing hierarchy are not interested in the fans opinions. A typical example is the Official website. They make a load of money from it irrespective as to whether it is any good. It is the most inept load of crap I have ever logged onto. You can never arrive at what you are after.
Well put and I agree although I'm not sure how much the club make from it. It's the most frustrating, badly designed piece of crap website ever.
I asked the Mrs for her professional opinion on the official BFC website (works with lots of web based stuff) and she agreed* it was a very poorly designed site, hard to navigate, too much scrolling down etc. Its why I've been on it twice since they changed it - far easier to come on here to find out the latest news about the club. *Paraphrasing - she actually said "Its ****"
