Bought Barnsley World 1 year subscription for my dad's birthday last week but he says everything worked except match highlight videos. I've tried my login an they don't work either.

    Any suggestions?

Stumped. Do you have an up-to-date copy of Windows Media Player or whatever installed on the machine? You could try their customer service.

BTW... Anybody else getting vertically squashed video on the player/Davey interviews like me? Not that it spoils owt.

    Seem to have it fixed...

Just cleared out browser cache and it's fine. Bizarre.

    Cancel it mate

For 2 weeks running I have tried to get the live commentary with no success. Also the highlights requires you to use Internet Explorer when I use Firefox, so its a pain in the bum. You can get the highlights for free on Virgin Media anyway:-
