    It'll be

    because the club doesn't own the copyright on footage filmed in the ground.  The FL own the rights to League 1 and League Cup action, whereas the FA own the rights to FA Cup action.  Since the websites are all owned by the Football League, they would have to pay the FA royalties if they showed FA Cup action.
