Won't work in firefox, im only allowed to use internet explorer, and that either crashes or tells me the vendor has ran out of licenses.

One thing you could try I had a similar problem because my DRM (Digital Rights Management) stuff was corrupt. I found a Microsoft KB article suggesting I delete C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM so I did that and it fixed it. I may have had to run the upgrade for DRM again, I'm not sure, but I don't think so. May be an idea to move the directory rather than delete it. All at your own risk, of course.
well i've managed to get it working on firefox as my ie keeps crashing had to go thru the commentry with all other commentries bit and not live as that wont work
