    Barnsley manager David Flitcroft: "I was disappointed in myself because of maybe the way we set the team up in the first half. Chris O'Grady led the fight in the second half but he should have been down the middle. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but it is definitely something I'll learn from."

    It doesn't say Dickson anywhere. Perhaps they've changed it.

    Fair play to Flicker for changing it because it's not working but he's only doing half the job if he's getting it wrong for the first half. Lately it's been a case of after the horse has bolted but thankfully we managed to get ourselves back into the game last night.

    Flicker works out how to play against the team we are playing that week. If it is not right he will change it Hill never did.
    Hard job in this league but I like his effort and style

    In the interests of balance, I'm much happier to be able to quote from last night's report (I wasn't there, by the way):

    "I am very proud, we have set a team up to battle and they have done that in the first half...But I am delighted because the game plan we set out has worked."

    I'm sure he was very conscious that he's been talking quite a bit lately about getting things wrong in the first halves of matches so it's great for him be able to say "I got it right."
