Have to admit- I heard the same. Same person also told me last season that we were &quot;nailed on&quot; signing Windass mind you.</p>

Ive just been told by a bloke who lives around the corner.
This fella used to play for Barnsley.

He's knows a member of the Oakwell staff very very well.

This is the same bloke who told me a few years ago that Paul Hart was going to take charge.

He's also been spot on in the past, informed me of the arrivals of Chopra, Hayes, Kell & Howard well before they arrived.

2 months ago he told me that Cryne was planning to make funds available to sign any players needed to keep us up.

Couple of weeks later, and cryne comes out in the press saying exactely the same.

Seems a decent enough source to me.

    Alwayz Red......

i hope what you have heard does not happen. We don't want a fat scouser who hasn't done nothing in the top two leagues, and is past his prime now.

    RE: Alwayz Red......

He's not my number one choice either pal.

He's still got a bit to prove championship level wise though.

Not sure if we should take the risk.

Theres better, more available players out there who could do a job.

    Steve Kabba for instance.
