yeah because we dont want him UNLESS we get into the play offs yeah because we'll want you then wont we barry
Well you might be laughing but we aint exactly rich in the striker department are we? Bazza got a lot of undue stick. He aint no Ronaldo but his record is about as good as every other striker at the club. Therefore also leaving should be Lazy Hayes, Mardy ello n Tommy Wrong. Keep Richards he can keep his goal average up by taking all the pens
correct Our current "mobile" ""strikers"" are just as inept just in differring ways.
Output is no better than big baz at the end of the day.

McCarthys starting 11: 1. Colgan 2. Paddy 3. Murphy 4. Fitzpatrick 5. Fitzglenn 6. Carbon 7. Paisley 8. McPhail 9. Conlon 10. Colcannon 11. A pint of stout.
He never got close enough to the ponty end for them to give him any stick By the time he'd made it into the box everyone had gone home.

And I expect him to as well, and take Vaughan with him ... ... league 2 standard on a good day, Conference level for the other 45 games if fit!
Wrong again SM Paisley would never get in my team. rather have another bottle of stout on the wing. Gives team balance
Serious question: if the opportunity arose, would you prefer to see big Mick as manager at the start of the season, or do you reck Ritchie has done enough to have another go next year?
I think for the clubs sake Ritchie has to stay for one more season. Hes dropped a clanger or two notably in the transfer market but i would have been well chuffed to be a point off play offs with 6 games to go. The guys worked on a budget, he should have brought in more experienced players and that may cost us (but Macca made the same mistake at Sunderland) I actually still think we'll make it but not sure if we will win play offs. As for Macca coming in. very tempting. Would sort the playing side of the club out. I think it will happen but i think we will be in Championship with settled finances when it occurs. Fans need to get behind Ritchie and the players and forget the **** ups and the past matches. Its down to 6 games. We need to go for it and see what happens!
RE: I think fair dos. as for making the playoffs this season, having had an 11 point advantage on Oldham just over a month ago, it'll be our own fault if we dont make it, no doubting that. if we win the next 2, I'll be convinced we can make it. if we dont beat Chesterfield, Oldham away will be my last game this season. I'm the worlds most morngy loser, the odd game I can cope with, but missing the opportunity to finish top 6 this season, given where we were, will be difficult to get over.
he wont be dissapointed then. Id rather us offer contracts to players like Mcphail, Shuker, Reid, Colgan etc = quality players who must be retained. Conlon and Vaughan can go back to league 2.
