Why hasn't Don been giving all this good news out? He takes the **** and then Barry announces the new manager and likens him to the bloke who wanted to send in the armed soldiers to break the great strike of the 1920s. Tory *******
Sounds like Flicker's motivational skills have had an impact in the boardroom. I like the idea of 'lots of things changing' as there is plenty about the club that needs bringing up to 21st century standards.
I like the article. It looks like Bazzer is stepping up to a more public role. I don't think Don likes the media part and why should he catch the flack when he is just the facilitator of other people's directives? Don't shoot me...etc.
Yes that will be the guy how solely decided to try 2 other managers first who told him where to put the lack of money, it was a no brainer after that as no one else would touch us.
Re: Maybe Dons retired i can't wait for all the 'thanks don for all your efforts' messages when he finally steps down. like those chelsea fans waving 'good luck rafa' banners, the second they'd got rid of him
Why not? An excited and enthusiastic board will be more inclined to get stuff done and less likely to keep clipping the coin.
I'm mightily excited and enthused by an Aston Martin DB9 - no millionaire I know will buy me one though.
Because Bazza ain't a decison maker.... Dare I say it that he's only there to make up the numbers required by the Football League?
Re: Maybe Dons retired Gordon Shepherd was never replaced so if The Don does step down maybe we will just stick to a two man board.
