Don't rate Tuchel that highly, think he's a better cup manager than he is league manager, by a mile actually. A change of manager they'd be right up there. They have a brilliant squad, when all are fully fit.
Now that Jose is back on the market a lot of ‘big club’ managers will be looking over their shoulder. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s sacked and Jose is in by the end of the month. I also wouldn’t be shocked if some premier league clubs have had the conversation with him too, third stint at Chelsea?
They were poor tonight. Deserved the win as they had all the ball and showed the most intent, but mostly quite predictable, particularly Coman and Sane. 2 players who I rate very highly but don’t look great at the moment. Musiala is a joy to watch. But even he was average tonight by his own high standards. Think Leverkusen have a great chance this season. It’s getting tougher but they are still finding ways to win even when they don’t play great. Bayern still have to travel there as well, what an atmosphere that will be by the way!
