They are showing the FL highlights straight after MOTD from 15th August

Not really the best time slot IMO. I was hoping the BBC would give the CCC the respect it deserves.

Bit harsh on those of us who don't have Sky/Virgin+

i can see it been shown on bbc 4 or what ever on the Sunday.

The below is off that site.

These matches will also be streamed live on this website (for UK users only) and all the goals from every game in the Football League, Carling Cup and Johnstone's Paint Trophy will be shown on the BBC website in the UK.

I understood we were having a longer version of the show on Sunday morning, so I'm not sure what's gone on there. Being made for us by an independent; maybe they couldn't manage the second programme (dunno)

It'll not stay on BBC 1 for too long either, it'll be shore up the figures on BBC3, like Eastenders and all the other reality crap.
Bloated Broadcasting Corporation kinda says it all i think...

that's why we have SKY, the BBC is really poor at Sport, great at other things I have to say.

However, the sooner we get all the "crown jewels" released from their grip the better. They shouldn't even be near CCC football, it'll be lip service at best, probably worse.

    Living in the past.

You only think that because of the ring-fenced events

A case in point, and the most traditional of games ....

Cricket, well I liked John Arlott and all the old boys, but Shane Warne, Ian Botham, Bumble etc on SKY, Hawkeye, the commentary, technology and analysis would not have hapened under BBC stewardship.

Same as football, same as all sports, they are crap.

Cuddly presenters and commentators making people feel warm about a non-existent past, like Peter Allis, Bill Threllfall, David Vine etc etc

Jumpers for goalposts, cardies for idiots.

The best presenters will make the switch anyway, why let the BBC hold them back?

Sky are the best at sport by a mile. They always provide top coverage IMO.

Don't you pay a premium to get the extra coverage though?

Shouldn't sport be available for the masses to watch, rather than those who choose to pay an extra £20 a month?

Sky have ruined football. Good coverage, yes. But in the long run they've completely changed the game.
