Having looked through all the ins and outs for everyone, I'd say a lot of teams are currently WEAKER than last season, though of course they have time still to get more in. Teams like Coventry and Hull haven't brought in half as many players as I thought according to the Beeb preview.
When Saturday Comes... ..tip us for 23rd and relegated. This is their seasonal round-up of all the Championship contributors and we're represented by Richard Darn again (he predicts 4th bottom for us). The overall table shows us relegated along with Colchester and Scunny. Not quite sure why Blackpool seem to escape in all these predictions.
RE: When Saturday Comes... Dick Darn? Isn't that what happens when you see a Wellington Street minger? I'm sure he's heard this plenty of times.
You've made that up according to soccerbase Players in Player From Fee Date Wayne Brown Colchester £ 450000 13-07-2007 Total: £ 450000 Players out Player To Fee Date Darryl Duffy Swansea £ 200000 10-07-2007 Total: £ 200000
Thought they had signed Garcia too from Colchester, Brown and Garcia both excellent signings. Oh and I suppose Dean I'm a pleb is another. They've obviously got a bit of cash to splash so might be OK if they start to struggle.
Yes you're right about Garcia That was classed as last season for some reason ... my mistake. They've been in for a few decent players as well, but things have fallen through, so they've clearly got cash ... but so far no massive changes to last season
One place higher and one more point for me would be a successful season. Dont get carried away, we are gunna struggle, but so are Blackpool, Scnuthorpe, Bristol City, Hull, QPR. And theres always a team that comes out of the blue and struggles. My tip is Cardiff..............
QPR.. pmsl they will do well this season fetched in some right talent, ben sahar could win em this league if he wanted to.
I might be being thick, but - How does each way work??? he either score most goals or he doesnt!!!! Put your money on James Beattie
If he finishes anywhere in the top 4 you get quarter of the odds so you would get 10/1 James beattie too injury prone i think - I'm going for Billy Sharp at 17/1 and then Ben Sahar each way. Won on Chops last season, got 25/1 and went each way
