A couple of good articles on there this morning; 1) about EFL finances and the affected of the pandemic, 2) an interview with Tommy Wright, who has just stepped down as St Johnstone manager. I don't understand all this rush to restart football in the middle of a pandemic.

Didn't we have a "striker" called Tommy Wright? I remember him scoring a goal for us, but he wasn't the most prolific even for us!

aye we did. One of the worst strikers I’d ever seen play for us. Scored away at Brentford I think it was in league one, we lost 3-1 that day.

I'd forgotten all about him, he was tall.,dark hair? Came with potential for the future, did he drop down the league after us.

He tried, bless him. Used to take the keeper out every time he challenged for a header.

Emile Heskey type striker all his best work was away from goal. He was a handful but never really got into goal scoring positions which is pretty ***** for a striker.
