Barnsley 2 - 1 Port Vale. 31st January 2015. Midfielder Ben Pearson scored his first career goal as Barnsley eased their League One relegation concerns with a home win against Port Vale. Barnsley 1 - 0 Oldham. 3rd February 2015. An early goal from Kane Hemmings was enough to move Barnsley to within four points of a League One play-off spot and deny Oldham a place in the top six. It's quite a season! Must say, though, the table is looking pretty encouraging this evening.
